Service from IAD (Dulles) to Incheon (777-300ER) is outstanding. Ticket premium is about 15-20% above coach on western airlines (such as United), but you get a standard 34" of legroom. Bathrooms are actually cleaned during the flight, and they have nice amenities in the coach bathrooms. Flight attendants are very helpful and pleasant, and readily assist families with young children. Much more pleasant flight experience than competitors, and aircraft are newer, in general, and cleaner. Highly recommend.

I had the extreme pleasure of flying Korean Air from Atlanta, GA USA to Bangkok, Thailand through Seoul on March 11, 2013. I am a former Delta Airlines flight attendant and I have to say I wish Korean flew more USA domestic flights. Delta should take MANY classes from Korean Air. From cabin service to seat comfort to professionalism....Korean Air beats Delta by many miles. The cabin crew's show of respect for the passengers is unsurpassed; I appreciated every minute of my flights. The 14 hour flight from Atlanta to Seoul flew by (pardon the pun). The food was exquisite served by lovely LADIES. These days finding ladies with manners and respect for the traveler is hard to find. The equipment was B-777 and was clean as a whistle throughout the entire 14 hour leg and the subsequent 6 hour leg from Seoul to Bangkok. The business class seats were as comfortable as my bed at home. I MUST say the IF you have to fly 14 hours at a stretch, please treat yourself to business class IF you can; your trip will be PART of your vacation or whole experience in ASIA. I cannot say enough nice things about this airline. Checking in my bags also was a snap; the agent was extremely competent, professional and courteous. I will fly NO other airline if I go to Asia again. Keep up the great work. Delta-American and United- take a note from these professionals - the public pays high prices to travel these days and YOU should have your cabin service, and ALL employees, trained properly about what service really is by the folks at Korean Air.

i have used korean air!

i have used korean air when i flew from seoul to hongkong!
for me it was the best flight ever!!
clean and wide cabin, high class service and wonderful/ sweet stewardesses..
lovely food and safe flight !!
I'm very much impressed and I'd love to use this air company again !!
