We tried from my iphone (x), my wife phone (7), my MacBook, and the computer from the hotel reception. Also from different browser.
After that did not work, I ask the hotel reception to call your office and explain the problem. Nobody answer.
After i tried to send an email, while i got a reply the the email address that appear online was not correct.
I went 4 hours before the flight to talk personally of the situation.
