The airport is alright. It is big, spacious, with shops and a big fish tank. But my experience when I returned to the UK was negative. I flew with Wizzair and the boarding agent gate, a female, was using her mobile most of the time which gave a bad impression.
When I was about to show my boarding pass, the lady said in a very rude and unfriendly way: Proof you live in UK. Share code, visa? I was about to show a proof on the mobile but in just 5 seconds, no more, she yelled in a very bad manners: Step back!!! There are more people!!!! It was only 5 seconds and I was opening the file that shows I am living in the UK. This is not the way to treat people.
I reported to the airport and Wizzair airline. I flew on Friday, 6th of February. I really hope they have a conversation and proper training about manners with the lady as she is giving a really bad reputation to the airport and to the city, Jeddah.
Luckily, my experience in the country has been positive and I found very nice people during my trip. That lady is an exception. I assume she has had a very bad day and she may have been stressful but she must know how to control her emotions and work under pressure.
I was shocked such as behaviour and I think it is important to let know. Saudi Arabia has an 2030 vision and Tourism is one of the factor. Staff like her is damaging the reputation of a great country.

I recently traveled through Saudia Airport, and that was my first time in my life flew with saudi arabia airlanes. as usually i always choose Qatar airways. I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, at jeddah I encountered numerous issues that made my journey frustrating.
Once I finally checked in, I was disappointed by the behavior of the staff “Hayakum” wheelchair Assistant and left negative impression
Talking with no manners in front of all passenger
very unprofessional.
just because my mother trying to walk to go toilet and the wheelchair staff took our wheelchair without saying something to us!
my mother trying to walk to go toilet doesn’t mean she don’t need the wheelchair.
however there one of the staff Hayakum talking with no manners to us, instead of offering help or make us understanding why they took the wheelchair.additionally the staff wheelchair assistant did not communicate effectively just leaving us unsure about what to expect next. I felt as tough was an inconvenience.
The behaviour of staff wheelchair assistant at King Abdul Aziz international airport Jeddah was disappointing.
when I am express my concerns about the services, I was met with indifference it was disheartening to see lack of empathy and professionalism from someone whose job is to assist those in need.
Overall, my experience at Saudia Airport with the wheelchair services was disappointing. I hope management address the issues as every traveler deserves respectful and attentive services, particularly those requiring additional
assistance.

Worst airport facalities in the world. Dirty, disorganized and a disgrace for a country that is very rich and calls itself a " Kingdom ". Lost an important item on the security xray conveyor belt.

Worst airport service in the world that can I said. If we have a problem with our baggage ie lost, very difficult to make a report. If we call their office nobody want to pick up a phone.

I observed that some workers demanded bribe for doing nothing. They were asking Money to put tags on luggage bags. We paid money to get Trolley. Although it should be free service.
Overall I think services in Jeddah Airport is not up-to the mark. All services must be improved.
