do not use viking hellas, it's the worst flight ever!!!I was to flight from athens to manchester and at first they said that the we had a delay about 7h and then that the flight wasn't able to flight due to economical issues. The result was that I should book a new ticket with 830euro for the next day, because I had to go to manchester immediately. The stuff was so rude and make fool of us.

Flew to Rhodes via package holiday booked via Olympic. Delayed 10min going out. Plane held together with tape. Toilets not very clean. Plane had been seized and grounded at Rhodes (21st September 2011) therefore 16 hour delay before another airline Monarch flew us home. Will NEVER fly with them again!

Flew to cyprus with them, never again plane delayed both ways, seats cramped plane held together with tape above our heads, food rubbish and technical problems booked with thomas cook. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flew to Crete from LGW a couple of weeks ago. 2.5 hour delay outbound, 3.5 hour delay inbound. Charter company was apologetic but the airline couldn't be bothered. No apologies - just tried to sell us expensive drinks.

12 hour delay outbound. 8 hour delay inbound. What information we were given (very little) was a lie. I've given them 1 as a score as there is no 0.

Dreadful airline, crew most unhelpful, the cofee was luke warm, and the toilet was a total disgrace, and the plane itself looked slightly worrying as to its airworthiness.
Never again. Flew to Cyprus with them, came back with another airline.
