Iam right now at the airport in Basel and i am completely disturbed with this airline. First of all, they asked us to be 2 hours in advance, that mean 17:00 at 19 suddenly we received the information that it will be one hour late so that is at 20:30 but then we were tol at 21:55 ... We boarded at 21:40 and inside the airplane they told us 10 minutes ago to wait 30 minutes more...right now is 22:40 so we might be waiting until 23?.... i am hungry! Tired! And finally want to enjoy the vacations! I Will never book wih this airline anymore and if someone wants to save some nerves then better use another one....
